Enhanced Modular Suites at NEMRA24
New to 2024 – Suites will include power and upgraded noise reduction walls. Fully furnished, modular privacy suites are where all one-on-one and private meetings will be hosted in Agave, Primrose and Sage Halls.
Doors to the halls will remain closed during the 45 minute meetings throughout the day. The halls will be monitored to keep noise levels at a minimum.
Badges are required to access Agave, Primrose and Sage Halls.
Modular suites can only be reserved during your conference registration.

Customize your company's Modular Suite!
Modular suites can be customized with your company’s branding tailored to size, as well as how many adjacent units to accommodate simultaneous meetings.
Once modular suite is paid for in registration, any personalization requests of your modular suite must be emailed to Roney.Hernandez@freemanco.com.
